I do not work directly with any insurance plans, and am thus considered "out of network". Some plans will reimburse some or all of the payments for my services. I can provide invoices which can be submitted for this purpose.

You can use the Insurance Bridge service (below) to simplify the out-of-network claim submission process.

I am not a Medicare, Medicaid, or Apple Health provider.

Please provide payment at the beginning of (or just before) each visit.

Square Cash

For recurring or weekly visits, it may be convenient for you to download and enroll with the Square Cash App. This app allows you to save a debit card and easily send payments directly through the app on a smartphone. My payment address (or "Cashtag") for this service is $DrScotGibson.

Paper checks can be mailed to the address at the bottom of the page.

(Please note I am no longer using other payment systems such as PayPal.)

Out of Network Claims

Insurance Bridge

I am enrolled in a third party system that will help you file out-of-network insurance claims. It's called Insurance Bridge. They will take your claim information, file the claim for you electronically, and track the progress of the claim. They charge a small fee per claim ($1.00 - $3.50) for the service.
