I do not work directly with any insurance plans, and am thus considered "out of network". Some plans will reimburse some or all of the payments for my services. I can provide invoices which can be submitted for this purpose.
I am not a Medicare, Medicaid, or Apple Health provider.

Please provide payment at the beginning of (or just before) each visit.
For recurring or weekly visits, it may be convenient for you to download and enroll with the Square Cash App. This app allows you to save a debit card and easily send payments directly through the app on a smartphone. My payment address (or "Cashtag") for this service is $DrScotGibson.
Paper checks can be mailed to the address at the bottom of the page.
